MCPE: Standard textures above global resources

At least on MCPE, there's no way to put the standard textures above global resources (e.g., you have a texture tweak on global resources but want to try a design out using the standard ones without having to remove all textures from global resources).

    I find it confusing how the game only chooses one or the other. So realms that want to supply textures, even behaviour pack ones, prevent players from choosing their own resources.
