The Soul Sand Valley is very sparse and devoid of life. I know it's kinda meant to be like this, but I think there should be some mobs to spice things up. I have already suggested the Restless (an undead mob wrapped in bandages, that spawns in the valleys), but I think there should be more mobs. One mob I came up with is the Soul Swooper. The Swooper is shaped like a phantom, but brownish black, with burning blue eyes and a beak. It only attacks you if you have low-ish health points, so it's a bit like a real life vulture. It has a chance of giving you blindness, or set you on fire. They live in packs. If you hit one, even if you have full health points, all Swoopers will attack. The blindness only lasts for 5 seconds, because it is very effective combined with the Phantom like attacks. They will drop bones, rotten flesh and a black version of phantom membrane called swooper membrane. It has the same uses as phantom membranes, except you can craft something called the Thermal Glider. More about this on another post: Thermal Glider! New Nether Item!
