Creeper detonation with dispenser

Creepers detonate if you click on them with a flint and steel, but creepers in front of a dispenser with flint and steel inside do not detonate if the dispenser is powered. This should be the case. The same should be said for charged creepers.

    Especially now (In the 1.16 snapshot) that creepers leave a lingering potion affect when one is thrown on it and the creeper explodes. We could use this idea to manually detonate creepers for chemical warefare in minecraft

    It might also be interesting if, by the same token, an activator rail would both eject and activate a creeper at the same time...
