The Shattered Savanna is probably my favorite biome in both the Java and Bedrock versions of Minecraft. However, there is a huge divide between these two iterations of the biome that I think should be remedied. In Java Edition, they are intimidating, layered savanna mountains (with the usual savanna grass color) reaching almost to the height limit, whereas in Bedrock, they are mountains with jagged peaks and coarse dirt and exposed stone on the ground, with a greener, perhaps more tropical seeming, grass color and rain. I believe that both of these biomes have their charm and should be in both versions of the game. Perhaps the Bedrock shattered savannas could be put into Java Edition and called "Tropical Savanna M" or something along those lines while the Java version is implemented into Bedrock under the name of "Savanna M".Above is the Bedrock Shattered Savanna and below is the Java Shattered Savanna.
