Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Soul Stone (new material used for tools and armor)

New material that can be found and mined in the nether using a Daimond pickaxe. This material can be used to make armor and tools. These tools will have effects when used to attack other mobs/players. A Soul Stone sword for example could drain the health of your enemies over time for like 10 seconds after you hit them. The Soul Stone tools and armor would be slightly more effective than iron but last longer than diamond. Also with Soul Stone you would be able to craft new unique tools and placeable blocks and maybe tables. Like maybe a Soul Stone long sword, or a Soul Stone battle axe. Also it would be cool to have maybe new nether enchantments introduced through maybe a Soul Stone table. This table would be similar to the enchanting table but give you new, and unique nether themed enchantments.
