Retain Splash Potion Bottles

So, when you drink a potion, you're left with an empty bottle. However, when you splash a splash potion, it disappears from your inventory completely. My request is simply that when you splash a splash potion, you get to keep the bottle.

    The point of a splash potion is that you throw the bottle on the ground, shattering it, to get the potion effect. This change would make normal potions obsolete because the point of splash potions is the ability to sacrifice duration for instant application of the effect, with the side effect of losing a bottle.
