Glass Sign - When You Want Text Without The Texture

I suggest simply a sign crafted with a stick and 6 glass panes instead of the 6 planks. It would have no visible texture, though it would still have the sign model and hitbox to give an outline when you mouse-over it. It can't be placed as a standing sign, only a wall sign.

This way you can have text on the walls without the wooden sign texture behind it, but it still fits the Minecraft theme being simple glass, not some magic or tech solution.
