TNT Fuse command for Bedrock

Add a fuse command to the summoned TNT in Bedrock Edition. It would be cool to be able to set the time for TNT and it's already in Java, why not in Bedrock as well?

Was just looking for this! Wanted to make a firework that launched up whilst summoning arrows then an instant explosion scattering the arrows. Think it'd be pretty cool :)

This would be very helpful in-game and would help increase parity between the two versions!
