electrified water

I think electrified water would be a great addition to the game. It works like this, if lightning hits a water block it becomes electrified and will do 1 heart of damage every second to the player as well as any mob every if it is in the water and any other water block connecting with the electrified water within a 5 block radius will also be electrified and will do the same amount of damage.
