Mushroom men

The mushroom men would spawn on mushroom islands. There would be red and brown mushroom men. They would trade mushrooms for iron. 5 mushrooms = 1 iron. mushroom men love iron they have iron swords and iron armor. They would approach mooshrooms and put away there swords and get out shears and shear them and pick up the mushrooms. When killed they would drop 0-4 iron nuggets and 3-6 mushrooms. Mushroom men are neutral mobs and will attack any hostile creaters that somehow get on the mushroom island

    As stated on another thread, it's generally not a good idea to make a mob that is "like x but can now..." Maybe add more differences from normal villagers and neutral mobs. They are on a biome with no hostile mobs. Do they not pose as a Target for hostile mobs? Or do they actively pacify or kill hostile mobs to protect their biome? This idea has a lot of potential to be something amazing, so you have my support
