Accessibility suggestions for blind players

As features stand in 1.14 the menu and launcher are accessible via speech and keyboard navigation. Would be super helpful if that could extend to the crafting interface As well as the keyboard navigation controls. No way to tell what’s in the hot bar or monitor hearts armor or hunger. Maybe a way for narrator to read back past chat messages other people send as missing them the first time they are read causes them to be lost by the player. As far as game play I am not sure how building could be done totally blind but would be usefull if narrator would read signs when you look at them. When moving around with auto jump off maybe having auditory Indications of step up and step down so as not to just randomly walk off of cliffs. Same with walls mor than a block tall. I do have some sight but based on the problems I have and feedback from totally blind players that really want to play this would help a lot. Would really love to help improve accessibility in mine craft

    Maybe having a specified button or key that has the narrator say what the player is looking at would be beneficial.
