Phantoms should spawn somewhere else

Now that we know the nether will be updated, I think it would awesome if they made phantoms exclusive to the nethers's blue netherwart forest. I suggest this because they're, in my opinion a misfit, and not needed in the overworld. They would also fit nicely in the nether if their skin was slightly changed.

I think this is a great idea, but they should still spawn in the overworld the same way they do NOW, and have the same skin.
