Charged Lava

Charged lava would be a new type of lava that spawns only in the nether either in its own biome or generate semi-frequently as pools or lava falls. It would essentially be lava on steroids - flowing just as fast as liquid water in the overworld in all dimensions, deals twice as much fire damage, and would start fires twice as quickly as regular lava. The texture of charged lava would be similar to current lava but with a brighter, more yellow color. Can be picked up with a bucket.

-Could possibly serve as a reliable spawner for mobs such as magma slimes but only in the nether, or maybe a new mob?

-Could not be turned into obsidian and would evaporate water on contact? Maybe water couldn't flow on it at all to minimize the constant block updating that would occur with a lot of water and charged lava next to each other.

-Possibly could emit the highest light level at 16 or more?
