Endermen after Ender Dragon Defeat

Make endermen leave the overworld after beating the ender dragon

So title explains all endermen should no longer spawn in the overworld or nether after beating the ender dragon there was a theory that endermen are martyrs trying to get you to go to the end the kill the ender dragon and have them no longer get agro for looking at them
