Disabling cats and dogs from teleporting to the player

You should be able to disable cats and dogs from teleporting to the player. This would be useful if you wanted a dog pen where they can wander around without teleporting or making them sit.

    It's called right-clicking on them to make them sit down.

    What if you wanted them to walk around an enclosed space without making them sit

    I think the way this could be add this is with the command

    /gamerule catanddogteleportation (or catdogteleporting)

    Just so you know, my dogs teleport even if I make them sit or lead them.

    This would be great because I have 5 baby wolves my two dogs had and we have to push them back into the house everytime I leave the house so it would be really useful
