Goat armor

A new set of armor pieces which is, basically, a leather armor set with enchants obtainable only by crafting the goat armor. Each piece is crafted by adding goat woolon the corresponding leather armor piece on the smithing table. Each piece have unique special enchant with avantages and disavantages:

* With the boots, you can't sink in the snowier snow and you don't slip on the different ice, but it make you extremely slowier on other block than snow or ice.

* With the chest, you don't take overfreezing damage in snow storm (thunder storm in cold biome) and maybe extreme high altitude in cold biome, but take damage from overheating in heat wave (thunder storm in hot biome) and maybe low altitude in hot biome.

* With the helmet, it prevents you from being "blinded" by snow during snow storm and snow fall (you keep the same distance of sight), but the sight field is greatly decreased in height (snow google)

* With the legs, you can make a wild ride of a goat, but others mounts will avoid you and immediately unseat you. (Thanks to redditer Jeb_____ (not the real one) for the idea)
