Goat’s Hoof - A new way to travel through mountains

Due to the addition of goats and a new look of mountains (Minecon Live 2019), I suggest that the goat could sometimes drop their hooves when killed, and with their hooves, you could be able to craft a new item that could be used with new snow mechanics, so you can be faster or lighter (open to suggestions). This item could be placed in boots, and even get enchanted, or something. I believe this item would fit well with the mountain biome update, and would encourage players to discover mountains. 

What are your thoughts of it?

Edit: It could be a hoof that acts like a hook, or gives speed in the some blocks (just like soul speed enchant), etc.
