Summoning Orb (Long Range Spawn Egg Idea)

As an addition to the spawn egg, I propose the Summoning Orb. The idea of the summoning orb is that it could be thrown, much like an ender pearl or snowball, and a mob would be spawned upon impact. It's not necessarily a complex or useful addition to the game, but I believe it would be a fun and interesting addition to creative mode. It could also be used in a PVP setting, in which you could send hostile mobs in the direction of your opponent without risking precious HP.
