Mail Box sorting block

The Mail Box sorting block is a block that you can put letters or mail into (or use behind a hopper) that will sort the letters or gifts into there and send them off to the players or villagers for them to reply to make a feel that players have pen pals. All players sending letters need to do before sending is rename the letter or gift they want to send to be the receiver's name. The mail box sorting block will see the name of the person and send them off to the appropriate (could be hopper???) mail line which will send them off to players. This is used for long distance or what could be short distance as well to send mail or items to players easier. The block is mainly going to be used in post office buildings and post offices will only need 1 block since it filters from the name.
