Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Illusionist's cape (Illusioner drop)

A drop from unused illusioner mob, which can be put in the chestplate slot. You can mix potion effects with the illusionist's cape on a cauldron, and when you put on the cape, you gain all the effects it has on it, until you take off the cape. A possible enchantment/curse would be that any enchantment you get is permanently on the cape, e.g. if you are hit with wither while wearing the cape, it stays on the cape.

The illusioner could spawn in the mountain biomes, in a new outpost, or in raids.

The cape could have applied potions by mixing in crafting table, or by putting it on the cauldron, and right clicking it with potions, additionally, you would be able to combine it with banners, to add designs to the capes.

    Pretty sure the illusioner is a mob found only through commands.

    Capes are also only equiped in the launcher it isnt like armour.
