‘Repelling’ enchantment to ‘push you up a pixel’

Especially with the new soul sand valley biome, this is a very important enchantment to make them more explorable. This enchantment can be put on boots and only has 1 level/2 levels. It allows you to always walk on blocks as if they were full blocks. You can walk on soulsand, slime, and honey without getting stuck, you don’t slip on ice, and you walk on chests or enderchests as if they were full blocks, it basically brings you up a pixel on every block
