Player "Instinct" Mechanic

Hello me again my idea is about "Instincts" Giving our Players Instinct would be fun and Scary in a fun way instead of getting killed Behind your back when a monster is behind you your instinct will let you know that a monster is behind you you'll start breathing hard and Start shaking meaning your near or a monster is behind you a Great Survival Instinct
