Dolphin's Curse

Add a new potion effect.

"Dolphin's Curse"

You get the effect for 1:00 if you kill a dolphin. I think there should be a punishment for killing the cute and harmless dolphins.

Effect:

Decreases player's swimming speed by a considerable amount.

Symbol:

Like dolphin's grace symbol, but slightly darker/paler, with red eyes. (Up for changing, suggestions in the comments)

...Mojang, you know we all know killing dolphins is cruel.

    That's a really good idea! And maybe if you have this effect, other dolphins you kill not only increase the effect, but also don't drop anything. Also how long does it last?
