Prisoner mode

If player for example is first greifer he should be banned right. Well what if your democratic government server you can’t ban him without a trial. Well exactly well how will hold him you put him in visitor mode but what if you don’t have enough food to give him well you expect him to grow his own. Prisoner mode will be placed in between member and visitor they can only break certain blocks like dirt and they can open chests. And let’s say you do escape the prison the host can choose what blocks they can’t open if they are operational. This could affect a certain amount of chunks or blocks like /fill you choose where the certain person becomes a prisoner mode. Or you can just make them a prisoner with the mode.
