Hello! I'm here to ask for a new advancement trigger: minecraft:opened_chest, which triggers an advancement when... well, a player opens a chest, and that passes the chest that was opened as a condition.
This would be extremely useful for map makers wanting to know when a specific chest is opened and exactly who opened it, and could open up new possibilities for datapacks - an example being experience being granted to the first player to open a loot chest, with the experience depending on which loot table the chest generated.
