Potion of weeping

The potion of weeping would blur most surroundings. It would be brewed by a potion of slowness and a pufferfish. It would be thrown by witches, and would blur your surroundings. You wouldn’t be able to use a crafting table, And it would take twice as long to cook, brew, enchant, and use an anvil. After 1:30 minutes, it would go away. It would also get less blurry the more the effect wears off. I feel like this could be a really cool idea.
