Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Emerald Apple to replace the Enchanted Golden Apple

My suggestion is replacing the Enchanted Golden Apple with an Emerald Apple, as well as reinstating the original crafting recipe but with 8 Blocks of Emerald, the reasons for this idea are listed below.

1. Enchanted Golden Apples and Emerald Ore are both very rare to find naturally while Gold Ore is very abundant, especially on servers where players pass it by without even touching it.

2. Emeralds are much more valuable now thanks to the Village and Pillage Update and utilizing villager trading would be essential to earning the 72 Emeralds needed to craft 8 Blocks of Emerald for the recipe. This would be especially good for players who have never or hardly ever use the villager trading feature to learn how it works.

3. Minecraft already has red apples and gold/yellow apples, the only distinct color of apple that Minecraft is currently missing is green or Emerald in this case.

I like the ides but maybe we could keep the enchanted apple. What if emerald apples could be turned into emerald apples by putting in the middle of the crafting table then putting emeralds all around it. Then when eaten it gives you a full food bar. It could also be used as something to trade for or to get from trades.
