Potion of Decay (Use for Rotten Flesh)

Rotten Flesh is basically useless in the base game, but I think it could make for an awesome potion ingredient. If brewed with Thick Potion, it turns into 'Potion of Decay', which when applied to a mob or player, it makes the affectee's tools/armor decrease durability two times as fast while in use with the effect. This could be very useful for PvP or when fighting mobs with particularly strong armor or weapons.
