Stressed (nuclear) Quarts

In real life, stressed quarts is created by nuclear explosions, it makes the quarts brittle, and also different colors. In Minecraft, stressed quarts could be an overworld ore found below level 10 and would be one of the rarest ores. The item itself will look like quarts, but it loses some of its crystal formation, and different parts of it would be different colors. Craft nine together to get a stressed quarts block, which has horizontal streaks (think planks) and is different colors but very light, closer to white. You can’t do anything else with it (no chiseled or pillars) because of how ‘stressed’ it is. They typically generate it groups of two or three.
