Cosmetic rewards for ingame achievements.

What if your name gets highlited in a selectable colo(u)r if you complete a certain achievement of a certain amount of them.

Special capes themed around Minecraft's current hardest and most unique achievements like the Varied diet achievement rewarding the player with a glowing cape themed around the infamous Enchanted Golden Apple.

 

Extra idea

In singleplayer on all survival difficulties except hardcore gaining small extra status effects like one extra heart for completing all achievements.
