Fossils should spawn in the Badlands biome

Just a small addition, but fossils should generate in the badlands biome, instead of just deserts and swamps. IRL, the American badlands are among the top 3 fossil hunting environments on earth, and I think they would look cool sticking out of the cliffs and mesas.

    nay, even better: they should generate on the surface for vultures (upcoming) to perch on. This also could give more use to the bone block as a means of luring vultures. This, of course, works with the upcoming biome vote.

    They should spawn in all biomes, just most commonly in badlands, and relatively commonly in deserts & swamps & mountains.
