Illagers taking over villages

If the illagers successfully win the raid then the illagers then own the village with a new mob witch will live in the village while the vindicators, evokers, pillagers, and ravingers protect the village.

    The new mob should have a illager head and villager robes, only illager stile.

    What if Illagers could take villagers as hostages when they are near a village. Inside the Outpost, there would be a secret dungeon with a giant redstone machine. It would turn villagers into Ravagers.
