The Night Man is a spooky mob that didn’t like being looked at, how ever he didn’t get mad over it like the endermen. He’s tall, hunched over, wears tattered cloths, and creeps up on people who’ve gotten a bit to happy with their bed.
So The Night Man would work as an opposite to the Phantom. Instead of targeting insomniacs, if you were to skip the night too many time in a row, when you go out, The Night Man would stalk you. He approaches from behind, and attack, then disappear. If you hear him approaching from his walking/running sounds, or the cracking of his back, turn around, and hell stand still for a second, then go on to run away and disappear. That second he stands still is your chance to attack.
Now what happens when you kill him? His drops could be bones, leather, and a written book titled: The Night Mans Journal. In the book in one page filled with enchant table language, which translates too “Can’t Sleep”, “Won’t Sleep”, and “Help”. Spooky!
How to prevent him? Either kill him, and his appearing timer will restart, or stay up a full night, restarting his timer.
