The wishing gem (new item)

The wishing gem is a new item that allows the player to get an item of their choosing for a price! the wishing gem takes a random item from your inventory to be used. Everytime this item is used the player is shown a screen of 10 different items the player may choose an item and that item will be given to them! How ever this item should be hard to get i think this item should be crafted with a diamond in the center and in the corners emeralds and in the rest of the spaces there should be redstone.
