Swarm Enchantment (Chestplate Enchantment)

When you get attacked by an entity nearby bees will attack the entity. This will not work on the Ender Dragon, Wither, and Elder Guardian. The Enchantment will have 2 levels these levels judge the damage the bees will do. Level 1 will do a half a heart of damage towards the entity. Level 2 will do 1 heart of damage to the entity. This enchantment should be a level 2 enchantment in the enchanting table.

    Then all of the bees will die

    I think every time that you get hit you have a chance to summon a bee and the higher the level, the more bees spawn (max is 3 still).
