Horizontal bubble columns

I think that the horizontal bubble columns could be a good idea because it would be useful for farms,redstone stuff and even transportation.

    I think this would be really useful. Probably could put a cap on how far from the block the bubble column would go and then have the bubble column appear from the block side facing the player when placed (kind of how pistons behave when placed).
