End Water(Way different from Overworld Water!)

Little ponds would spawn throughout the end with this in them.
-Enderman can walk in it.
-Has a purple tint, no matter where it is.
-Can be put in buckets, bottles, and splash bottles.
-Can't be used for potions.
-Can't be Placed in Nether.
-Blocks can be water-logged in it.
-When hit with a splash potion or when a mob/player sits in it, all status effects are removed, positive or negative
-Cannot be made into an infinite water source.
-Can be placed in cauldron, but can't be dyed.
-Interacts with lava just like normal water.
-Would appear in creative inventory in a bucket.
This would be perfect for a late game way to remove status effects, or for PvP battles that use tons of potions/enchanted apples.
