End crystal- beacon like structure

The End crystal can finally become useful. The structure would be primarily made of purpur blocks, with a 3x3 square at the bottom, with 3 high pillars at all the corners. The end crystal would be placed 2 blocks up from the 3x3 square, and an ender dragon egg, or some other end object would be underneath. This structure would allow you to fly within it's 90 block ish radius. It would also speed up the growth of crops. Mobs in it's radius would float away as well
