It's no secret that the Ender Dragon is easy to defeat; all I needed was snowballs and beds to end the fight in less than 2 mins. At least the other 2 bosses pose a challenge to kill, but this is still shame since the "final" boss doesn't pose ANY challenge (except if your a beginner who happened to stumble upon a stronghold and found your way to the End World).
I would suggest that facing the Ender Dragon become more tense and fatal in way and my improvement will be to allow End Crystals to regenerate some time after been destroyed and to make matters worse, each time an End Crystal regenerates it becomes harder to destroy. Lastly, have the Ender Dragon protect the End Crystals.
