What if when any tool it's at it's last 1 hp of use and it has a high chance of efficiency and luck for each kind of tool/weapon.
Examples:
[Sword, trident and bow]: gets a high crit chance and damage dealt rises
[Shovel & hoe]: chance of get any kind of seed
[Axe]: chance of getting extra wood
[Fishing rod]: high chances of get rare items
And for balancing most of these their material would have different percentages.
Wood: 1%
Stone: 5%
Iron: 30%
Gold: 60%
Diamond: 95%
