(Java Parity) Spawning Bee nests

In the newest snapshot, it was confirmed that bee nests spawning on trees were an unintended behaviour.

While I agree that that is too some players who are planting and chopping trees understandable, it is also frustrating to others who have to walk thousands of blocks to find a bee nest. In my opinion, there should be a toggleable feature that can be turned on and off on the pause menu that enables bee nests spawning on growing trees and it should be off by default. That way both parties are satisfied without completely removing the feature.

  This is in the current full release for Java. The sapling has to be within 2 blocks of a flower to have a 5% chance of spawning a nest. This allows people to have tree farms and to plant trees w/o having to worry about bee spawns if they don't want them. This is an important feature of the buzzy bees update. Please don't leave the bedrock community in the dust. 1.14.3 ftw!

  Also, this should be in Java Parity.

  It was added in beta 1.15.0.51, but they didn't mention it in the changelog
