Make it optional to have fire spread like it used to.

In August 2012, an update released so that fire didn't spread so hard - behaviour of extreme spreading came in 18w11a, and I think there should be an option in world settings, where you can enable this behaviour. I love burning forests down - except half of the time, it just stops it self.
