Eating mushrooms!

We should be able to eat red mushrooms, restoring the same as a cookie, I thought of It as a Nintendo reference, If Grey mushrooms get to be eat-able too they should give you hunger and restore the same as the other shroom.

    They should also have the chance to give you poisoning+nausea, as the red mushroom is textured after fly amanita.

    The poison of red fly amanita is water-soluble so you could place it in a water-filled cauldron to make it edible.
