Shearing Cacti

Using shears (or an ax) on a cactus would give you 1-3 thorns and the cactus wouldn't prick you, the thorns would be gone, and it could be made into a food. The thorns themselves would be a projectile that’s very much like a snowball, except for the fact that it deals half a heart. These would only stack up to 16. It can be shot out of a dispenser. The item will look like a thorn but when thrown it will look kind of like the tip of an arrow but more yellow. This wouldn’t be OP because of how weak it is but would be useful in PVP and in game to keep mobs at bay.
