New Crossbow Enchantment relating to XP

Now Bow has a cool enchantment like Infinity and I agree that it should be bow exclusive but

For Crossbow there should be an enchantment like when you kill a mob with that enchantment you have a CHANCE of getting more XP.
Higher the level of enchantment higher the chance.
Maximum Lv III

Now there is no enchantment like that on anything. Crossbow should be given this enchantment to make 'em more viable and preferred over bows.
Right now, there is no reason to use crossbow as Power V BOW will do more damage and can have Infinity.

Why Crossbow is less of an option
It can not do more damage with enchantments.
Slower to load than bows needs good Quick Charge enchantment even to make it faster.
Multishot is a hit 'n miss.
Piercing is pretty specific

Now I don't power to be on Crossbow. I think it's a unique enchantment and should only be bow exclusive.

So, XP is a really good idea to give to crossbows so they can have something that nothing else has. Something unique.

Don't know any names for that, I'm pretty sure you can come up with awesome names for that.
I hope the developers at least consider it.
