We need environments that blend with the weather when it happens

Yo, can we make the weather go realistic like making the surrounded environment change like when it rain, it makes them wet. When it's a thunderstorm, the ground will turn to mud. Also if the weather is clear, the wet environment will start to dry up. That's all.
