Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Fruit: Orange, and Citrus Trees

Orange trees known as Citrus Trees are usually found in forests and plains biomes. Citrus tree leaves look green but have a slight orange color, with oak wood as the base. When breaking the leaves, you may get an Orange.

When eaten, oranges restore three and a half hunger points and one saturation point.

 

That is my idea.

    Yes! I can’t believe this doesn’t have more votes! I agree! We need Oranges! For someone who loves all citrus fruits, I would LOVE to see this added! Maybe they could also add a juicer block that you’d use to put the oranges into bottles and then you could drink it as orange juice! I KNOW I would have an orange tree field! MOJANG, YOU GOTTA DO THIS!

    I like this idea. maybe the fruit will drop automatically(like the apple from oak trees), or you can broke the leaves to get more.

    Perhaps combining oranges with water bottles and sugar in crafting would give orange juice, and the citrus tree would drop it's respective logs, which would look slightly like jungle trees, but the bark is more like acacia and the orange shade is deeper. They can be crafted into sticks, and their respective signs, pressure plates, buttons, planks, etc. They will be very rare as to be only found occasionally in a jungle biome, or more commonly when a taiga and jungle biome meet.

    I like this idea! You can also make a golden version of it! Like apples!
