Parrots should be able to walk and fly faster

Parrots currently fly at a painfully slow rate and the constant fluttering around is rather annoying.  I think it would be better, and more realistic if they were able to fly a lot faster, because real life parrots are pretty good flyers last time I checked.  It would also make sense for parrots to be able to walk, because they can do that to in real life and they don't just constantly fly around.  I think these changes would make the parrot mob overall just a bit better.
