Digging a hole to survive shouldn’t be safe anymore

Many players survive by digging a hole. If there was a animal ( for example a mole ) that could attack you or dig you out players won’t be able to hide in the ground anymore for long amounts of time making the game harder and more interesting.

    We already have phantoms that attack you when you don't sleep enough, and why would a mole have any interest in attacking you? Maybe something like this could happen in hard mode where zombies could dig you out, but leave my normal and easy alone!

     

    You might want to add this idea to another post about "extreme mode". The poster had also thought that hard mode wasn't hard enough, so they thought of making Mobs with better AI that could make the game very difficult but also thrilling! It's called "Harder Minecraft Mode" if you are interested!
