Dispenser to Composter

Have dispensers be able to place compostable items into a composter, filling it up, and then have the bonemeal discharge from the composter normally.

    You can do this with hoppers. Dispenser -> Hopper -> Composter -> Hopper -> Chest

    I think hoppers are already usable as composter input and output.
